Commission will make All India Open Examination recruitment to the posts of SCIENTIFIC ASSISTANT IN THE INDIAN METEOROLOGICAL DEPARTMENT. The selection process will comprise of a Written Examination followed by Interview.
VACANCIES / RESERVATION
FEE: RUPEES ONE HUNDRED ONLY(Rs.100/-)
Fee is exempted for all Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped, as per Govt. orders.
CLOSING DATE : 28.10.2011 (upto 5 P.M.). For candidates residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu and Kashmir, Lahaul and Spiti District and Pangi Sub Division of Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and for candidates residing abroad – 07.11.2011. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED LATE WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.
CANDIDATES MAY APPLY IN THE PRESCRIBED FORMAT ON LINE ONLY. FACILITY OF ON-LINE APPLICATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 01.10.2011 TO 26.10.2011 FOR PART-I AND 28.10.2011 FOR PART-II REGISTRATION.
