NABARD Recruitment 2013 – Apply Online for 67 Asst Manager, Manager Posts: National Bank for Agriculture & Rural Development (NABARD) has advertised notification for the recruitment of 67 posts of Asst Manager, Manager in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS) in NABARD. Note-Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming in the ‘Creamy Layer’ are not entitled to OBC reservation. They should indicate the category as ‘General’(Gen)

Age Limit (as on 31 August 2013):
i) For Grade ‘A’ : Upper age limit 30 years (Candidates born on or after 01 September 1983 are eligible to apply).
ii) For Grade 'B' : Upper age limit 35 years (Candidates born on or after 01 September 1978 are eligible to apply).

Age Relaxation as per Government Rules & regulations.

Educational Qualification: .

Post Qualification
Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’)

Bachelor's Degree in engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) from a recognised university with 60% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ ST) and minimum of 05 years experience at Officer level after obtaining the prescribed qualification in Government, Private Organisations, Research Institutions, Banks etc., in areas relevant to Bank's functioning

OR

Masters Degree from a recognised university with 60% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ ST) and Minimum 2 years experience at Officer level after obtaining the prescribed qualification in Government, Private Organisations, Research Institutions, Banks etc., in areas relevant to Bank's functioning

OR

A two year full time MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a recognised University/Institute accepted by the AICTE or UGC as equivalent to MBA with a degree in Engineering (BE or B.Tech) OR Chartered / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree OR A Doctorate Degree with Master's Degree

Experience : Minimum of 01 year experience at Officer Level after obtaining the prescribed qualification in Government, Private Organisations, Research Institutions, Banks etc., in areas relevant to Bank's functioning.

Managers (Grade ‘B’)

Masters Degree from a recognised university with 60% marks (5% relaxation for SC/ ST) and Minimum 5 years experience at Officer level after obtaining the prescribed qualification in Government, Private Organisations, Research Institutions, Banks etc., in areas relevant to Bank's functioning

OR

A two year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management from a recognised University/Institute accepted by the AICTE or UGC with Graduation / Bachelor's Degree OR Chartered / Cost Accountant / Company Secretary (ACS) with a Bachelor's Degree OR A Doctorate Degree with Master's Degree

Experience : Minimum of 03 years experience at Officer Level after obtaining Post Graduate qualification in Government, Private Organisations, Research Institutions, Banks etc., in areas relevant to Bank's functioning.

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Preliminary (Online), Main Examination (Grade ‘A’) and Interview.

Application Fee: Candidates have to pay the Application Fee of Rs. 400/- (No Application Fee for SC/ ST/ PWD) and Communication, Banking Charges of Rs. 50/- for all through the ON-LINE mode. The payment can be made by using MASTER/ VISA debit/ credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.

How to Apply: Eligible applicants are required to apply online through website www.nabard.org from 23-09-2013 to 14-10-2013 and attend for preliminary exam for Grade ‘A’ on 24-11-2013 with original caste/ relevant certificates, print out of AL, recent passport size photograph and shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Instructions for Online Application:
1. Candidates can log on to the website www.nabard.org.
2. Click on the link ‘Careers of NABARD’.
3. Click on the link for the post to be applied for.
4. The payment can be made by using MASTER/ VISA debit/ credit cards or Internet Banking by providing information as asked on the screen.
5. On successful completion of the transaction, e-receipt and application form will be generated then fill all the details in the Online Application form.
6. After submission of all the details click on the ‘Submit’ button.
7. Candidates are advised to take a printout of their system generated ON-LINE application forms after registering.
8. All registered candidates will be required to download the Admission Letter (AL) from Bank’s Website for exam.
