Qualification :

Food and Sanitary Inspector Health Services	(i) Degree in food Technology/Dairy Technology/Bio-Technology/Oil Technology/Agriculture Science/Veterinary Science/Bio-Chemistry/Micro-Biology From recognized University Or post graduate in chemistry Or / Degree in Medicine. Or (ii) Any other equivalent/recognized eligibility notified by Central Government. Or (iii) Successfully completed training under any Organization or Institution as specified by the Food authority. Preferential Qualifications: A candidate (1) Who has served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years,  Or (2) Who has obtained a "B" certified of the National Cadet Corps, shall other things being equal be given preference in matter of direct recruitment to the Centralized services.
Allopathic Medical Officer Grade-1	A candidate for direct recruitment must possess M.B.B.S. degree of a university recognised by the Medical Council of India. A Candidate who possess a post-graduate Degree/ Diploma in Medical or Health Sciences in a particular subject of a University recognized by the Medical Council of India or the Uttar Pradesh Medical Council shall be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment. In addition to this, it is also necessary to be completed one year rotary internship till the last date of receipt of application form. Preferential Qualification- (1) Who has served in the territorial army for minimum period of two years. Or (2) Who has obtained a "B" certificate of National cadet corps

Age Limit : 21 to 40 years ,upper age limit of reserved category candidates shall be relaxable as per rules

Selection Process : Shortlisted Candidates are called for interview .

Application Fees:  After filling in the Candidates 'Registration' format of the On-line application, the candidate shall procure the print-out of the E-challan in duplicate. The E-Challan will be used to deposit the fee in any of the branches of State Bank of India or Punjab National Bank by the candidate according to his category. The fee will not be allowed to be deposited by any other mode except E-Challan. The above fee, according to the category, is as under:-

1- Unreserved (General) - Exam fee ` 80/- + On-line processing fee ` 15/- Total = ` 95/-

2- Other Backward Class - Exam fee ` 80/- + On-line processing fee ` 15/- Total = ` 95/-

3- Scheduled Caste - Exam fee ` 40/- + On-line processing fee ` 15/- Total = ` 55/-

4- Scheduled Tribe - Exam fee ` 40/- + On-line processing fee ` 15/- Total = ` 55/-

5- Handicapped - Exam fee NIL + On-line processing fee ` 15/- Total = ` 15/-

6- Dependents of the Freedom Fighters - According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.

7- Ex-Serviceman - According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.

8- Women - According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.

How to apply: Candidate can Apply Online from UPPSC website before 18 Nov 2013. Candidates after submitting their applications through On-line shall send photocopies of their all academic/required documents regarding their claims along with print out of On-line applications form within 21 days from the last date of submitting the applications (date 12^th December, 2013 till 5 O'clock) through registered/Speed Post or Personally in the office of Commission
