Pay Scale :

1. Junior Lecturers : Rs 9300 - 34,000/- with G.P. Rs 4600/- with usual D.A. and other allowances.
2. Lectures  :Rs 15,600-39,100/- with A.G.P. Rs6000/ with usual D.A. and other allowances

Educational Qualification :

Post	Qualification
Junior Lecturers	A candidate should possess a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 55% marks in aggregate OR its equivalent grade. Provided that candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall possess a Master’s Degree in the concerned subject from a recognized University with at least 50% of marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade. 5% of marks wherever minimum percentage of marks in aggregate in any examination is prescribed shall be allowed to the physically handicapped persons for their eligibility for appointment to posts and the services under Govt. reserve for them (vide G.A. Dept. Resolution no.-16443/Gen/24thJuly, 1978).

Resolution no.-16443/Gen/24th July,1978) National Eligibility Test(NET)shall remain the compulsory requirement for appointment as Lecturer for those with post-graduate degree, but, the candidates having Ph.D. degree shall be exempted from NET requirement. No additional weightage shall be given for higher qualifications such as D.Sc./D.Lit. for adhoc appointment for the Degree Colleges. No additional weightage shall be given for any teaching experience.

Age Limit :

1	Junior Lecturers	A candidate should be above 21(twenty-one) years of age and under 32(thirty-two) years as on the 1st January, 2013.For Age see advertisement.
2	Lectures	A candidate must be above 21 (twenty one) and below 40(forty) years as on1st January 2013.For Age see advertisement.

How to Apply : The application form will be available in the official website of the Higher Education Dept. i.e. www.dheorissa.in. The candidates are to download the application form from the website, and send the duly filled in application form to the Following Address given below  only by Speed Post/ Regd. Post so as to reach on or before 30.11.13 by 5 pm. Delivery in other means will not be accepted.

Note- The envelope containing the application form for the post of Junior Lecturer in Junior Colleges must be super scribed “Application for the Post of Ad-hoc Junior Lecturer in the discipline of ______________in Govt. Junior College” or “Application for the Post of Ad-hoc Lecturer (College Branch) in the discipline of ______________” in Degree College”
