REPORTING FOR JOINING THE SERVICES OF DENA BANK
Offer of Appointment is being dispatched to all the candidates who are provisionally allotted to Dena bank By IBPS CWE in 3rd list ( 2 round waiting list). The candidates are required to report to the respective Office for completion of pre-recruitment formalities including medical examination on or before 22.02.2014 In case any candidate does not receive the Offer of Appointment by post by 15.02.2014, he/she may report to the concerned Authority for pre-recruitment formalities including medical examination and joining on any day on or before 22.02.2014 (excluding Sunday and Holiday) along with the following documents in original (along with one photo copy duly self - attested):
- Three latest passport size photographs
- Proof of date of birth (Birth certificate, SSC/ Matric certificate showing date of birth).
- Certificates in support of your educational qualifications from SSC / Matric onwards (including degree / post-graduation / technical and professional qualifications, as applicable) along with mark sheets for each year / semester.
- Experience certificate / s, if any.
- Caste / community certificate issued by the competent authority in the format prescribed by Govt. of India, in case you belong to SC / ST / OBC category
- Candidates belonging to OBC category should submit the latest OBC certificate specifically mentioning the “creamy layer” clause.
- Medical certificate from the medical board at the district level in case you belong to physically challenged category.
- Relieving order from your present employer, if employed.
- Satisfactory character certificates from two respectable persons, who know you for more than three years, not related to you and obtained on recent date.( it should be on proper letter head duly signed & stamped).
Pre-recruitment medical examination will be carried out by the Bank’s approved Medical Panel at their Place of posting.
Copy of Offer of Appointment will be provided to you at the time of Reporting for your reference and acceptance.
