Commission will hold a Combined All India Open Examination for recruitment to the posts of Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk for which 12th Standard Pass or equivalent is the minimum qualification. The Examination will comprise of a Written Objective Type Examination followed by Data Entry Skill Test / Typing Test
Preference for Posts: D: Data Entry Operator in Grade Pay of f 2400/-
E: Data Entry Operator in Grade Pay less than f 2400/-
L: Lower Division Clerk in Grade Pay of f 1900/-
O: Others.
Educational Qualification :Must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent or higher examination from a recognised Board or University.
Candidates who have not acquired/will not acquire the educational qualification as on 01.08.2013 will not be eligible and need not apply
AGE LIMIT: A candidate must have attained the age of 18 years and must not have attained the age of 27 years as on 01.08.2013, for Data Entry Operator and Lower Division Clerk (i.e. he/she must have born not earlier than 02.08.1986 and not later than 01.08.1995)

Application Fee :FEE PAYABLE R 100/-(Rupees One Hundred only).Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe Physically Handicapped and Ex-serviceman eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee
MODE OF PAYMENT: Offline Mode -candidates submitting Paper application should pay the fee by means of "Central Recruitment Fee Stamps(CRFS)"only . CRFS are available at the counter of all Departmental Post Offices of the country.( Please Read advertisement for more detail)

Online Mode -The candidates submitting their applications on-line should pay the requisite fee only through State Bank of India in the form of challan or through SBI Net Banking (Don’t Use ATM card or Debit Card only internet banking is allowed )

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION:
The examination will consist of a Written Examination and Skill Test for the post of Data Entry Operator and Written Test and Typing Test for the post of Lower Division Clerk on Computer.
